Experience: 3-7 Years (UAE Experience)

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for the organization. This includes sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for a variety of positions, as well as managing relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, including legal compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Should have working experience in the real estate industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
